Our commitment to a superior quality of service is serious. Implementing an international compliance standard of quality sytem is one of our effort to achieve a high standard of services and to meet with a growing needs of our customers. DUTATRANS has been certified with ISO 9001: 2015 about Quality Management System and ISO 45001:2018 about Occupational Health and Safety.
Safety is our main concern. It includes the safety of our vehicles, staffs, working environment, and the products under our responsibility. DUTATRANS is committed to ensure the safety element in our business activities by implementing periodical intensive Defensive and Responsible Driving Training which led by professional trainers for our drivers. In accordance, management also provides the safety equipments necessities, scheduled maintenance for our trucks, and periodic safety briefing for each driver.
All workers are entitled to work where risks to their health are properly controlled. As frontliners, our drivers should always pass the regular health check-up before starting to work. Annual General Check-up, Health Insurance, and Medical Coverage are provided and available for all employees as well as their families, in every hospitals, and remote clinics. This has been one of the important concerns from the management.
We prioritize environmental management policy by appointing a Certified Consultant to evaluate environmental impacts of our business activities, and schedules emission test & monitoring regularly.
By complying to audit standards of Driving Policy, Vehicle Safety Equipment, Incident Reporting & Investigation, we aim to accomodate any requirements in order to elevate Customer's Quality & HSE Practices.
Currently we prioritize our Corporate Social Responsibility programs by providing scholarship for Elementary to University level for the children of our drivers that has achieved high performance in their educational record. This scholarship was given so they can receive higher and better education. The programs include scholarship for our selected employees who has high performance, to continue receive higher level of education. This program has been running since 2008, currently covered almost 100 children and employees from all of our branches in Indonesia.
